Refunds - Returns - Exchanges

Exchanges or refunds for damaged items must be requested within 30 days of your order.  We will be unable to offer you a refund, exchange or replacement past 30 days. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Meaning, the item must not be washed and/or worn or soiled.

Shipping Policy for refunds, returns, exchanges

  • Because we offer free shipping, you are responsible for shipping charges to mail the item back to DBT and we will ship the new item to you free of charge again. 
  • If we sent the correct item according to your order, but it is not what you intended, we would ask that you pay all shipping charges associated with the exchange/refund.
  • If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase but is not damaged or a mistake on our part, please return the items to DBT for a refund, minus shipping costs.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements/exchanges after 30 days from purchase.

If you do happen to need to exchange your item or wish to return your purchase for a refund, send us an email at so we can begin the return process and provide you with the return address. 

If you received a damaged item, please know that we will work with you to make it right.

To begin that process please email us a photo within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please Note

Trent's art is made with varying writing utensils on varying mediums. Though we attempt to clean up smudges, etc., before printing they are not perfect and so display more closely to his original piece. No touchup work can be done on the phonebook pieces.
